3. Orders, Payments & Invoicing
Orders are confirmed upon successful payment verification. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, a phone or WhatsApp verification may be conducted before dispatch. Tax invoices are sent electronically to your registered email address.

Because our products contain no artificial preservatives or synthetic chemicals, please store them in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. While 100% botanical, individual skin sensitivities vary. We advise doing a small 24-hour patch test before full application.
